John Sestito was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 1998. John joined Bianchi Presta LLP after his call and continues to display an outstanding work ethic and dedication to his practice. With over 25 years of civil and commercial litigation experience and a devotion to building strong client relationships, John has proven his ability to deliver concrete resolutions and solutions towards a wide-range of legal issues. 

John’s chief area of focus is centered on all facets of civil and commercial litigation with significant exposure to construction law (i.e. claim(s) for lien, trust claim(s), bond claim(s), construction and  delay claim(s), deficiency/warranty claim(s)), contract disputes and debt claim(s), representing clients across a broad spectrum of industries. In providing the aforesaid services, John has acted for a wide variety of clients ranging from small independent contractors to major general contractors, trades and manufacturers. Additionally, John has represented builders (low and high rise residential and commercial) developer(s), land owners and infrastructure/trades/municipal services (i.e. road and public transit) providers and clients. John continues to enhance his strong track record by providing top-quality legal services with both speed and efficiency.

John has appeared in front of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, the Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, as well as various tribunals and commissions.
