Robby is an associate in our Civil Litigation group. He was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2016 after completing his articling at Bianchi Presta LLP. He also joined the firm as a summer student while attending law school.
Robby’s practice is comprised of a broad spectrum of subjects within our Litigation Group. His commercial/corporate litigation practice includes real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, and debtor/creditor law. He also has a specific focus in construction litigation, having acted for a variety of owners, general contractors, project managers, subcontractors and bonding companies.
At law school, Robby was a finalist in the largest international law school mooting competition. He was also the winner of a prestigious negotiation skills competition. Robby has used the skills he attained in appearing as an advocate for his clients before various levels of the Ontario Court system.
Robby is committed to providing creative, cost-effective and quality solutions to the legal issues that inevitably arise throughout the process of litigation. His client-oriented approach is reflective of his drive to obtain the best results based on the needs and goals of his clients.
Outside of the office, Robby enjoys staying active and is an keen follower of all of Toronto’s professional sports teams.
